1. We strongly recommend
to UPDATE the main PTC program. The latest revision of the
program deals with several points:
- fixes issues
with storing compaction data poins
- fixes issues
with plotting options
- for
".csv", it creates complete test data files that include notes
- for
".csv", it offers users a choice for number convention (dot
or comma as decimal).
2. Downloads of Software
Upgrades and USB Drivers are available in the Service section.
3. Our current version of
the Powder Testing Center, the Model PTC-04DM, offers all the
features of older models PTC-04DT and PTC-03DT with new capabilities.
The unit is modular with 3 modules: testing and control module, power
module, bulk powder testing module. Each module is light and can be
shipped for service as an ordinary small package. The bulk powder
testing module is an independent unit and can be used by itself in
determining bulk powder properties: angle of repose, bulk density,
tap density, room humidity and temperature.
4. We offer Hardware and
Software Upgrades for most of the older versions of the PTC.
5. Our software provides
a user interface that is almost identical for all versions of the PTC
program. The program automatically creates and stores test data files
(tables and figure data) in the csv format for spreadsheets. The
software is compatible with all MS Windows.
